In my 22 years of experience, I observed people who become CEO’s in the late 30’s or early 40’s are a perfect combination of Intelligence plus attitude. The 2nd set of successful CEO’s in the late 40’s or 50’s are the ones who have the right attitude but they may or not may be intellectualy bright. I have also observed, very intelligent people with a poor attitude struggle to become great CEO’s. So my learning is with the right attitude you can and will develop the necessary technical skills.
